Fizzing minds!
Michelle Robinson dreamed of being an author from the age of five. Before she learned to write, Michelle would fill whole notepads with squiggly lines that looked a bit like joined-up writing. She grew up in a working class household and was the first person in her whole family to go to university.
When she finished university Michelle started working in advertising agencies as a copywriter. She started writing stories in her spare time, early in the morning and late at night. Michelle’s first real book came out in 2012. She couldn’t quite believe it. Forty-something books later, Michelle still can’t quite believe it – and she’s still working all the hours she can, in between being mum and all that other grown-up stuff.
